Case

Tooth decay was treated under general anesthesia in a 3-year-old boy with a planned circumcision operation. In children who have planned operations and cannot consciously have their tooth decay treated, two procedures can be performed at the same time. In this case, direct composite fillings were applied to the upper front teeth, which were destroyed due to early childhood caries, and to the interface caries on the back teeth.
